I had such a great experience with Brooklyn Roots! My cat had been needing a dental cleaning and extractions for some time, but I had put it off because of the cost and fear of her undergoing anesthesia. I met with Dr. Anderson for the consult and he eased my fears, gave me a quoted range of potential cost, and got my cat in quickly for the surgery. They called me right before she was about to go into surgery and right after to let me know everything went smoothly. Also, the cost ended up being even lower than the lowest price they’d quoted me! Very kind and caring vets—to both pets and the pet parents. Highly recommend.

Recent new patient and fan. I brought my cat because her previous vet was starting to feel very corporate and she’s at the age where she needed a dental cleaning. Brooklyn Roots is a pleasant clean space with organized, professional and friendly staff. Vet care these days isn’t cheap, but I felt the prices were reasonable for what we did and I didn’t feel pressured to spend on extra procedures or tests. Glad to have a new reliable vet!

I can't say enough good things about Brooklyn Roots. Dr. Stronger and the staff are so kind. Dr. Stronger is right to business doing a busy job well but is always willing to explain the recommendations and answer questions. Goes the extra mile for the pet patients. My cat got cancer while I'm out of work, and Dr. Stronger has always given clear reasoning while doing her best to forecast costs when possible. Vet techs and desk staff are all kind and professional. Good people doing good work for pets and people.

I cannot describe how wonderful this vet practice is. We have a 10 year old dog and have been to at least a dozen vets over his life. This one **is by FAR the best**. It’s not even close.
