Dr. Rowan was very attentive to all of my questions and clearly explained everything I needed to know about our new pet. She also sent follow up notes which helped tremendously as we discussed a lot during our first appointment. We are certain we have found the right vet to care for our puppy. Thank you so much!
The front desk staff are so caring and welcoming, Dr. Rowan is amazing and kind. On a very busy day they made time for my dog when he was expriencing a medical emergency. They took great care of him and helped to ease my worries. Once home, they followed up several times to be sure we were doing ok. I highly recommend for all pet owners. They treat their patients as family. They are an outstanding practice!
My dog is a big, strong dog with extreme anxiety issues... esp when he's in pain or uncomfortable. Dr. Kane at BAH has repeatedly gone above and beyond to find ways to make him comfortable and treat him with kindness and dignity. They truly care and it shows in everything they do! BAH is the BEST!
The staff is very friendly helpful & knowledgeable & caring. The doctors there are caring & very knowledgeable & well versed on all aspects of pet health issues. My dog always gets the best care & treatment there:
