⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an excellent experience with Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital when they saw our leopard gecko on an urgent care basis. Their quick response and high level of professionalism were truly appreciated during a stressful situation. Dr. Wittenburg and her assistant were fantastic—knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. After the visit, the clinic provided detailed notes along with kind well wishes, which meant a great deal to us. They also went above and beyond by helping facilitate a pharmacy change when the original pharmacy was unable to fill our pet’s compounded medication. Top-notch service from start to finish. We are very grateful for the care our pet received and highly recommend Brook-Falls Veterinary Clinic.

All staff are friendly and helpful and always accommodating. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable about rabbits as well as other exotic animals! As a rescue we receive many seriously ill rabbits and depend on their expertise in order to help these rabbits get healthily and be able to move on into forever homes. Or live out their lives in our sanctuary care. Best vet clinic for exotic animals! We could not do what we do without their help.

Recently went to this vet for the first time. I was absolutely blown away! Every member of staff is helpful and welcoming, even the entrance draws you in! My budgie was handled wonderfully, and Dr. Wittenberg was so bubbly I felt like we have been long time friends. I can't wait to be a long time member, and take my two other birds for check ups, along with my cat and any future pets. The cost isn't bad aswell, other vets I've been too have charged exorbitant amounts for simple check ups. Brooke Falls does it's best to not add on too many charges, which my pets and I appreciate wholly! 10/10 recommended for any exotic pet owners. So glad I finally found a vet I can trust for my birdies!

I am never NOT disappointed in these guys! Everyone from the front desk, techs, and vets are so kind, competent and caring with ALL animals from exotics like emus to regular pets like dogs cats and rabbits. My pets love coming and it is worth our 45min commute to get there!

Brook-Falls Veterinary Care is the place to go to for exotic pets. Everyone is very professional, sweet, and gave my bunny Oreo lots of love. When he was very sick they immediately talked with the staff and we were able to come in right away. It was so reassuring to be able to have a knowledgeable veterinarian with much experience on a variety of exotic animals, Oreo has now passed due to age related issues but I will always recommend this place to others.
