Broken Arrow Pet Resort & Spa

My senior dog loves to stay at BA Pet Resort. My dog has been treated very patiently and has enjoyed his doggy friends in the small dog crew. His human caretakers are the best! He has stayed for both short stays and long stays. They take excellent care of my dog, and have earned my trust over the last few years. Their dog parties are fantastic! I always take him to them when I’m going to be away.💕

Staff is friendly and explained requirements to me. Was friendly to my dog too and she seemed happy but tired when I picked her up so I know she played even though she had to be in a run since she didn’t have the canine influenza shot yet . I will be taking her there at least once a month when we go to Tulsa. This place seems to be a daycare I’ve been looking for and it’s getting a new building and then re doing the old one Thanks 👍🏻

Lulu had the time of her life at Broken Arrow Pet Resort! As a naturally suspicious Chihuahua, she arrived wary of everyone, but by the end, she’d made several human friends and had a blast playing with other furry companions. Thank you Anissa and Amber! As her human, I felt so relaxed and at ease during my vacation, knowing my fur baby was having her own wonderful getaway. I’d recommend this place over and over! Next time I’m heading out, I’ll drive the four hours to bring her back here without hesitation. Lulu even earned the sweet nickname “Lovin Lulu” from the staff. We absolutely love this place! 5 stars x 4 paws= 20 stars!!!

This place is truly a blessing!! My black lab, Deli, is a rescue and is unsure about boarding situations. Deli has been twice now and the staff is so good to her! I’m an overbearing pet mom and always message the pet resort to see how Deli is doing. The staff sent me pictures and videos and kept me updated on how she was doing! Amazing people! They genuinely care about your pet and will do anything and everything to make sure your pet is comfortable. It’s so hard to leave Deli, but when I have to I know she’s in great hands! I drive 40 minutes to get to this place and it is so well worth it. Great prices and they do a great job on their grooming. Highly recommend!

This review is based on the grooming services only and specifically related to doodles. If you have a doodle, of any variety, I would not bring my dog to BA Pet Resort. Before scheduling with them, I asked if their groomer had experience working with doodles and I was assured she did. My doodle looked like a soft cuddly teddy bear when I dropped her off. You can see the results in the pictures. I have now bathed my dog 3 times since going to BA Pet Resort and her hair still isn’t the same. I’m not sure if they used some type of product to blow her hair straight but I’m hoping her curly hair will come back.
