I’ve been coming here since late last year and they have been great with my senior mini schnauzer. The pricing is unbeatable for this area and they have been generous with us. I appreciate that they discuss pricing beforehand so you’re not hit with any surprises. I’ve also met with both doctors and they have been great with her; they always take their time with you to explain any concerns or questions you have. The girls at the front desk are also very kind and patient with my questions when making an appointment or with follow ups. And I also appreciate that they call the very next day to follow up on the appointment to see that your pet is doing well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

We have had nothing but great experiences here at Broadlands Animal Hospital. Our Irish Doodle this summer was experiencing a horrible yeast and a bacterial infection on his whole underside. The Doctors took their time with our dog and over the next two months it was cured. The staff is always so nice, professional and you do not have to wait for an appointment. Our sweet Rocco also recently had to have a mass taken off his eye lid and dental cleaning with a removal of overgrowth of gums. The surgery went very well with zero complications. Our dog is two weeks post op and is doing great. Their prices are very good as well. We do not have pet insurance so we were very happy with the prices. Highly recommend!

Very incompetent service. They keep incorrect and mismatched information in their system. We were scheduled for surgery, yet the doctor was over an hour late. When I asked what I was supposed to do in the meantime, I was told that my dog could “just hang out” until the doctor arrived. This was extremely unprofessional and insensitive, especially considering my dog was visibly shaking from anxiety. This level of disorganization and lack of care is unacceptable, particularly for a medical facility that is responsible for animals’ well-being. I would not recommend this place.

I cannot say enough great things about Broadlands Veterinary Hospital! After a disappointing experience at another urgent care vet, I brought my dog here—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I called, the receptionists were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, even walking me through everything over the phone until we could be seen the next day. At our visit, the veterinarian was truly exceptional—transparent, compassionate, and took the time to explain every detail about my pet’s condition and care options. It was a complete turnaround from the rushed, unclear treatment we received elsewhere. Broadlands Animal Hospital is truly the best! Our vet is amazing — he is so gentle, patient, and sweet with both of our cats, and they always feel calm and comfortable during their visits. We come here regularly, and every single experience has been wonderful. You can tell he genuinely cares. The staff is just as incredible — friendly, helpful, and always welcoming.
