Just got an email from the clinic about their online store being up and running, and how the meds, etc will be "discounted" now because you buy from their store, but when I checked Chewy.com for the SAME med, it was the SAME EXACT PRICE! So how, exactly, is this "discounted"???????????? Dr Edwards was nice enough, but the blonde up front makes you not want to come back. And the stench of the building reminds me of a nursing home stink. Doc did a stool and temp check and one other thing that should've taken less than an hour, but I'm still sitting here after 2 hours. During our visit, they lost water and the doc had a personal call to take. They have a cat that wonders around freely antagonizing dogs, and I worry that it's a matter of time before a cat dog fight happens. Like I said, Dr E

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bill and Kim Mitchell plus their entire staff. They truly are amazing, compassionate and can always reassure me when I am concerned about any of our animals. Visit them and you will find out how wonderful they are.

Never planned to write this until I saw the review from two weeks ago about an elderly dog being left for ages. We had a similar experience. Brought our dog in for treatment. We were advised to bring him in the next day for an x-ray. No food or drink. Dropped him off in the AM. Came in at 4 because we hadn't heard and assumed a ball must have been dropped. And boy was it. My dog had been left in a cage the entire time without food, drink, or treatment and was so terrified he'd chewed through his harness. Receptionist was callous and dismissive. Dr. Kim made me feel like I was unreasonable to be upset. No apology or reimbursement for the destroyed harness. And then they brought the dog out to the lobby, leaving me in an exam room, and I didn't know until my grandmother and uncle asked them

I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff at this facility! Over the past few months, I've had the pleasure of working with all of them, and they've truly blown me away with their kindness and care. My dog has been pretty sick and needed a lot of tests, referrals and some out-of-state specialists, but Dr. Kim has been incredible. She's not only followed up with the specialists but also checked in on my dog and me! Plus, she went above and beyond calling in medication over the weekend to help us out. They've been taking care of my cat, who has a rare heart condition, for 14 years, and their support means the world to me.
