I’ve been coming here for years! They do great, are super sweet, and always get me in on a timely manner (: I would say it’s slightly over priced compared to other people, but I pay it because of appointments can normally be made within that week which is great!

Oh my goodness, they bailed me out not once but twice! We all know, locally our situation with road closures, reduced lanes on I-210 and I-10, we know one can spend hours in backed up traffic. So I have not been using the groomer that I normally do in Lake Charles. I needed one locally who would take care of my little love. They did a wonderful job and I don’t believe that I took a pic of her when I picked her up. All I can say is that I thank you ladies from the bottom of ny heart. Anyway these wonderful ladies have managed to squeeze us in both times that I have called lately because I was traveling. I cannot thank y’all enough. If you are looking for a dog groomer, I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you

Highly recommend this place. The ladies are super nice and gave my baby a really good bath and deshedding treatment and he smells and looks amazing. They did a really good job with his bath and there was no nasty soap residue left on him and no "wet dog" smell. With the deshedding treatment, I can tell and really know that they didn't just tell me it would be done, it was actually done because before when I would pet him, I would get a handful of hair every few seconds. Now, I've literally only gotten maybe 3 or 4 here and there. I really appreciate that the ladies were able to share specific things my baby did during his visit that completely align with his normal behavior and personality traits. We absolutely love Bright Animal Care and have recommended it to many friends! Every time we have ever brought our Koda Bear doggo to any of our previous grooming places, he would shake and try to run away when we during drop off. When we pull into Bright’s parking lot he gets so excited, tail wagging, and runs straight to the front door, happy to be there, and doesn’t cry when we leave! ♥️ We love the suite rooms for boarding as well and have left Koda there for over a week at a time. He gets his own room with access outdoors; we love this because he is an indoor dog with free access outside at home. He is always happy to go there!
