We were initially very concerned about boarding our geriatric pooch who, besides slowly losing her hearing and sight, has a history of aggressive behavior to both people and animals. Roberto conducted a tour of the facilities, and recognizing that Zoe was a dog with "special needs" the team was respectful, professional and understanding. When I picked her up six days later, she acted like she didn't want to leave! Thank you Bridgeport Pet Resort and Spa!
