Bridgemill Pets

We’ve been going to Bridgemill pets for over 8 years. They are always so friendly to us. They always have the food we need in stock. Our dog Molly gets groomed there every couple months and they always take such good care of her!

After my shih Tzu was wash and groomed. They called us my dog Coco’s hair was fine he was quite a little shaky. At home he was very quiet wouldn’t come to me but I picked him. I checked him and omg there was a very long cut under rt in the middle of his chest I did take a picture. I had cleaned the site bought pet liguid bandaid and wrapped around The following day we went back and asked why didn’t the groomer say anything accidents can happened. But will not go back so upset this has traumatized our 4 yr old Coco . Oct 15,2025

Christmas Eve - im literally walking in to buy last minute things as they're locking the door to close and the owner stopped closing so i can come in and shop. Customer service is top tier- cant help but love this local shop that acts like family. It feels great to support the folks that care

We found Bridgemill through our vet, Harmony Animal Hospital, a few years ago. Initially we were happy with the cut on our golden retriever and went back several times. However probably in the last 12-14 months they can’t seem to keep groomers. What this has meant is appointments are hard to get, sometimes the earliest being 3-4 months out. We have been requesting the same style cut on our golden the last 5-6 times but recently the quality in cut has decreased and our most recent visit they barely did a cut at all yet still charged us over $100 and kept him for 4 hours. It was not the cut we requested and instead of being apologetic, they more or less shrugged and said the groomer was new and would do better next time. Took my Pom here for the first time the cut they did was ok. They charged me 65 dollars and they gave me her and she was shaking and wasn’t fully dry they didn’t fully blow dry her hair never coming back.
