Love the staff and vets at Bridgemill. Never have a bad visit and thy treat my babies well. It’s a little pricier then I am used to but nowadays vets have raised there prices and not sure why but having pets have become to expensive for me to ever have another pet in my future. Besides that love this place and will keep going

Dr. Jonathan saved my tiny 8week old puppy. We THOUGHT he had parvo. I was so paranoid I had them test him twice. First test was negative but the 2nd was positive. I was devastated as I've been through this before with the same breed of tiny puppy and the suffering and heartache was terrible and that puppy didnt make it. Dr. Jonathan immediately gave me hope. Not only did he come up with a solid plan but he also did a cbc to show me how strong my puppies immune system was which would give us even more of an idea on how he would battle this terrible disease. My 5 year old male Bombay cat Bagheera visited Bridgemill Animal Hospital on Wednesday (01-28-26) to get shots, grooming and nail trim. This was his first time visiting Bridgemill as a new patient. He also has never been groomed before but I wanted to get rid of some of his undercoat as he sheds a lot. I spoke with them a few days before and explained that he tends to be aggressive towards other people and would most likely have to be put to sleep as his previous veterinarian did this. The phone call went very smoothly and the person was very nice. When I showed up that morning to drop my baby off, the staff was very nice, made sure all of my questions were answered and made me assured that my baby would be taken care of. Love this place. Johnny loves the staff, day care and is always happy to go. So sad to see Dr. Thompson leave, he walked some hard ways with us to sent our animals over the rainbow bridge. All the best to you.

Ease of scheduling. Plenty of parking and well sized waiting area. Front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. Assistants were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Jonathon was amazing with my pet. His explanations and follow up care were the best I have experienced.
