Good experience! Even managed to squeeze me in for a same day appointment when I called in the morning, which was highly appreciated for an urgent medicinal / accident situation. Price is fair yet steep-ish - but you gotta do it for your little one(s) Doc Heller moves quick but that’s because he knows his stuff. Lisa & Heather at the front desk are pros!

3 months ago, we called Brickyard Animal hospital in crisis. Our dog had been diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma and needed her spleen removed immediately. Dr. Allen accommodated our schedule and saved her life. When she got home, I noticed that the staff had trimmed her nails. I don’t know why but that act of kindness brought my wife and I to tears. We didn’t ask for it. They didn’t charge us. And the gesture communicated so much. The doctor let us know that we hadn’t saved her, only extended her life by 3 months. Maybe up to 6 if we were lucky. Today we let her go, 3 months almost to the day. And as much as I hate this, I have so much gratitude for these people who gave us 3 more months to grieve and to be with our pup. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the vets, Brickyard Animal Hospital has always provided exceptional care to my pets and me. Today was no exception! My senior cat was showing signs of discomfort from what I suspected might be constipation. He is close to end of life and I just want him to be comfortable. Maria could hear my emotion and was able to finagle me in to a same day appointment. I felt like she truly cared about my pet and me. Dr. Cohen was so kind and really listened to me. She gave me some wonderful advice on helping me make a plan moving forward that will help me make the best decision for my cat.

I've been taking my dogs here for years and they've always been great. There are time that they've been able to see my dogs on the same day I've made the appointment. I would highly recommend them.

We had to put our precious cat down. They had an emergency happen but let us know it will be a bit but we totally understood and got a little Xtra time so that was fine. But once it was our turn they had it all setup comfy as could be. Nice staff all around. They also sent a card for our loss and that alone was truly thoughtful. Thank you guys. ❤️‍🩹
