Briarwood Animal Hospital

The staff were friendly & professional, and took time to answer my questions. I appreciated that they were able to work me in on the same day. Prices were reasonable for shots and flea/tick treatment. I would recommend them, and use them again to treat my pet.

I brought my cat Sandy in for treatment & the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile & help getting signed in for a new pet/client. Within 5 min we were in! Dr Penny & staff were great! Then because I'm disabled & was having trouble giving Sandy 1 of her medicines so the next am we were there & they helped us right away. So patient w me & Sandy. Glad to say she is showing some improvement & hopefully thanks to Briarwood she'll ne chasing her 3 brothers around the house before you know it! Thank you Briarwood!

I can tell you first hand that briarwood animal hospital has decent customer service but horrible ethics. They will put your dog down without your consent, and give you a call afterwards claiming they had no choice. This has happened to myself and a neighbor of mine. Nor will they take responsibility for any error, wrong doing, or lack of supervision on their part. I understand many of us have been longtime clients of briarwood but after some of the incidents I have experienced with briarwood animal hospital 10/10 I do not recommend taking your fur babies there.

The front desk woman is the only positive thing I have to say. She’s absolutely wonderful and so warm and kind. As for the rest of my experience, they will talk shit about your pet loudly behind incredibly thin doors. about their name, their conditions, laughing loudly and making jokes. the whole group of them (aside from wonderful front desk woman). i’ll never return to this incredibly unprofessional vet. there are far better vets in Little Rock, I’m sure of it. may they have the days they deserve. 😉✨

This place is honestly just a joke. Paid over $300 for 2 dogs to get rabies and an “exam” to establish care, which only consisted of listening to their hearts and looking at their teeth. No fecal, no temperature, no respiratory check, no palpitations, no eye checks—all for $150+/dog. What exactly am I paying an exam fee for if less than half the job is being completed? I spent more time waiting for a medication fill than the nurse spent in the exam room. I’ll find someone who cares to give us the time of day before I return here.
