I had an outstanding experience with Brian Barnard's Flooring America. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome. The staff was friendly and professional, especially the two sales associates I worked with, Matt and Josh. I originally came in needing to remodel three bathrooms, and Matt was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect tiles for two showers and a tiled tub. His knowledge and design sense made the process easy and enjoyable. When Matt was out, Josh seamlessly stepped in and was absolutely fabulous—he offered great insight and helped me determine what would look best for my space. To top it off, Matt even personally delivered an extra order of tile to my home. That kind of service is rare these days, and it meant a lot. I would recommend

My experience with Brian Barnard's Flooring America was fantastic. Manager Brian Ross and his team made everything so easy and worry free for me, from measuring the rooms where I needed new flooring; working with me by showing and recommending to me flooring options that worked with my wall colors and allowing me to take floor samples to my home to see if and how the look blended; to providing an expedient order, return, and worry free installation. The floors are absolutely beautiful and helped to enhanced the overall look of my interior spaces. Thanks Brian. You and your team rock! 😊

Service/ salesperson will be friendly and appear very helpful until your item is installed poorly. Some of the hard surface problems were repaired, but not all, and now carpet is buckling is places. After many stops by the store and phone calls (all met with super friendly responses), nothing happened. They will pleasantly put you off until, four years later, you give up and know you will never do business there again.

Sim was very helpful and the store has a terrific selection they can order from you. I highly recommend you visit and support this local business.

Highly recommend for all flooring needs. Brian is very knowledgeable and Christa is just as sweet as can be.
