This Location is Heaven sent, I was going through a very traumatic event with My 2.5 month old puppy (Chocolate Chip) .. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him … And other pet vet centers were nightmares in the assistance for him. I took him pass the Oglethorpe location and because he wasn’t adopted through them, they couldn’t see him. That I was told to go to the Brandywine location to see if he can be seen by the doctors there. I rushed down to their location according to what the online information had said, when I arrived I found out that, that wasn’t an actual medical service day. I was so heartbroken that I think that the reps there who handles the adoptions and things wanted to try to see what they might can figure out for me in regards to him. Called because a dog was sitting by the woods with no collar next to the road not able to walk well and looked in pain. The person on the phone started talking to someone about their weekend so loud I thought they forgot me and it got to the point where I had to say “hello?” Then I get “oh yeah here’s the number you need send the picture of the dog too.” Text the number and give location and pictures and ask how long ? I get they’re busy and get calls all the time I’m sure but they say “No eta you can leave” I waited another 50 min before the dog got spooked by something and limped into the woods. Called to tell what happened and they did not care. They said whenever they get there they’ll investigate the scene…if their investigation is like their customer service then that dogs lost for

Adopting my baby from this shelter has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The staff was patient, kind, and truly invested in making sure every animal found the right home. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the process clearly, and make sure my little one was healthy, safe, and ready for a fresh start. You can tell they genuinely care not just about placing animals, but about matching them with families who will love them. My baby came home happy, social, and clearly well cared for. I’m so grateful for the work they do every day and for the love they pour into these animals. If you’re thinking about adopting, this is the place. They gave me a lifelong companion, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Yesterday made it one week since my baby came home with me He

It was my first time Here looking for a low cost spay. I brought both my 6-month-old kittens in for what was supposed to be a routine spay, trusting this clinic with her life. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. During the procedure, one of my kitten went into cardiac arrest when sedated before the anesthesia surgery. Her heart stopped for approximately five minutes before she was revived. Afterward, she was completely unresponsive, and only recently has she begun to show minimal signs of recovery, such as slight movement and soft meowing. This has been absolutely devastating. What makes this even more upsetting is that no pre-operative bloodwork was required or included to ensure she could safely tolerate sedation or anesthesia. For such a young and small kitten, this should be standard

My wife and I adopted an amazing cat named Garfield. We had to surrender him after a few weeks of being in our care. We already had a senior dog and unfortunately it just didn’t work out. Anyone looking for a great cat, check out my guy Garfield. He’s the cutest sweetest cat and you will not regret your decision to take him home. Now, get him now.
