Our Australian Shepherd loves it here! He always comes out looking perfect, smelling great, with a great hair cut, and extra fluffy. He’s older and doesn’t love being away from his parents for long, but seeing him come out happy and wagging his tail lets us know he’s in amazing hands and doesn’t mind being here at all!

I am beyond grateful for the spectacular job that was done on my LC German Shepherd. I haven’t been able to find a groomer that does the job required for my boy. I have been bathing him myself but was never able to completely groom properly. He needed a deshedding something awful. I was nervous trying a new place and was pretty certain when the time came to pick him up I was going to be disappointed. I dropped him off at 8 at the Waterford location and my husband picked him up about 12:30. When they got home I cried the happiest tears I have ever cried. The young lady that groomed him did a fantastic job. Not only did she get all that matted hair cleaned out of his hind quarters his coat was as shiny as I remembered it about two years ago. I have taken my dog (golden retriever) to both locations several times with no issues. I had an appointment last Saturday late morning - I received two calls by 8am (I was still sleeping) telling me that my groomer was sick and that they were cancelling my appointment. There was no apology, offer of a rescheduled date, or any discount offered. If I, as the customer, would have cancelled with that short window because I was sick, there would have been a cancellation fee. I then get a text from the salon stating that another groomer was sick (not mine). I clarified that she was not who my appointment was scheduled with, only to be told that the groomer I had scheduled (Tracie) was in fact NOT sick, but that she could not be alone with my dog because he is dangerous because of his size.

Excellent groomers! I’ve tried multiple mobile and local groomers, but Bows & Bones is the best! We love Cara at the Waterford location! She does a beautiful job, and you can tell she loves dogs, which should be qualification #1!

First time customers. Able to get an appointment within 3 days even with the holidays. Groomer was great. Took about 3 1/2 hours. I upgraded to the spa package for an additional $20.
