Bow Wow Meow

Poor customer service. Employee is flippant, and the groomer is clearly does not know what she was doing. I brought my dog in for a nail clipping. The dog was very nervous because he is one years old. I told the employee. The employee said, "We have groomers who have worked with dogs for twenty years". Five minutes later, she returned my dog, and I asked how was he, and her response was the following. "Generally you hear them if there was a problem." When I inspected the nails at home, there were hang nails left from the trimming. There are many good places out there. If your dog is a member of your family, find people who care. Don't waste your money.

Took my dog to be groomed a week ago by Noah. He did the most AWESOME job. I've never seen my dog look so good, and she's 13 years old. I will definitely be going back there. Kudos to Noah!! I hope he's get paid enough for the fantastic job he does!

Took my pug here before, but the experience from yesterday really bad. When I dropped him off I remind them that fold must be clean. I spoke to the person in the front because it was smelly when I picked him up and made it sound as if it was clean which clearly wasn’t the case. I spoke to the groomer and she said it is probably my dog, he came back and his fold were red as if bleeding. 👎🏼

Took my dog in for a nail trim and told them not to use a neck collar as he has a sensitive neck/trachea area. Not only did they not listen to me, his groomer was very rough and impatient with him. Also heard her yell at him. I saw the entire thing (as much as they try to cover the window with a piece of paper). Maybe other groomers were better, but I’d never take him back if this is who will be helping us. (larger white lady with brown hair). Maybe try a different career if you have such a temper.

These people fully botched my dog’s haircut. I included before and afters and the reference photos I showed the groomer all labeled. The staff was all kind to me, there was nothing really wrong customer service wise the people working the front desk were very sweet. I spoke to the groomer, and he did not talk very much so I just told him what I normally like to see when I get my dog groomed. I showed him some reference photos which I attached here of how I like him to look like (the reference photos are of him, so he has looked like that before) with emphasis on the round face. I kind of had a feeling what kind of hair cut this would be after the groomer’s main takeaway was that I wanted it short. They essentially buzzed my dog bald lol. And for the steep steep price of $132 (110+ tip).
