Groomer changed the time 3 times on the day of grooming. Complained about everything from parking to mud on the sidewalk. Didnt trim nails, or face. Shaved the rest, when I had asked for a trim. Nicked his leg. Tried to charge me $91 when I had an $81 quote. Very bad experience. When I called to complain, owner was just as unpleasant, blaming my dog. Very unprofessional.

We bring our 3 doodles every couple months. They do a fantastic job on them. I have noticed some fake reviews and yes fake. This is a great place to bring your pets.

ATTN: DOODLE DOG PARENTS I can not speak highly enough about the ability these ladies at Bow Wow Boutique have to groom a large, curly doodle boy. He is a tough one to groom (typically a 3-5 hr groom depending on how long we waited to make the appt) and we are always so happy with his results! I attached a few pics where you can see how long his curly coat gets and the amazing work BWB does to tame his wildness! We recently moved away from Cincinnati and they even gave us hand-written instruction to take with us for future grooms until we move back to the area next year. I recommend these ladies for anything from a full groom to a bath & blowout! Easily the best groomers we have taken our pup to :)

Riptide finally got a total grooming today. This has been a real procedure finding a groomer willing to work with him. He has been through so much in his past being surrendered to a rescue from an Amish Puppy Mill that he came with trust issues of strangers. His groomer was awesome and has a devoted customer. Love these guys. My baby girl needed a nail trim right before the weekend and they squeezed me in. I know a nail trim doesn't really warrant a picture but look how cute the little bandanna is that they gave her!
