My dog loves coming to Bow Wow, which is why I’ve continued using their grooming services. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner’s customer service has been consistently negative. She has been snappy and rude not only with me, but also with a friend of mine who brings her dog here as well. I have also witnessed her speaking sharply to her own employees in front of customers, which creates an uncomfortable environment. This behavior is not a one-time occurrence—it happens almost every time I bring my dogs in for grooming. On one visit, I could tell something was wrong and politely asked if she was okay. She responded abruptly by saying she was “just busy” and then walked away into another room. In contrast, the other staff members I’ve interacted with have always been polite, helpf

Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.

Their way of scheduling makes it easy to plan for. Just drop your pup off and come back that afternoon. Full service grooming too. Not just a quick cut. They get all of the details too as well as a bath which included the best smelling shampoo

Thank you Bow Wow Boutique for treating Blade like a Prince! He at first was hesitant to go into the boutique and then he instantly made friends with the lovely ladies who work inside. As a puppy he spent the day getting to know the salon and everything he was going to be doing while he visits! He came out looking sharp and they did everything we wanted for his grooming! 100% recommend this place if you are local and have a pet! They took him in like he was their own and made him feel right at home & because it’s valentines weekend he came home a ladies man!!! :) can’t wait to go back!

Five stars! I cannot say enough good things! Our Sheepadoodle puppy, Sophie, got two bad report cards from a different groomer, and she was really scared to be touched after those appts. After this, we wanted to find a different groomer and were recommended to Bow Wow Boutique by our vet as she had heard they were great with anxious dogs, and especially puppies. Sure enough…Bow Wow delivered! 🩷 They had Sophie come in for a “happy visit” a week ago where she met the friendly staff, got lots of pets, and got to be familiar with the space. Today she had her first official grooming appointment.
