Bow Wow Bouffant Groom Room

I am a dog person. I’ve always owned dogs and I’ve always needed grooming services. I have NEVER had a groomer treat my dogs with so much care. We had been using a few different groomers since we’ve owned our Chinese crested dogs and they absolutely hated going to the groomers. They screamed and cried and we could tell it was traumatic for them. The groomers also were kind of inconsistent with the quality of cut and sometimes when we would request a particular cut they would ignore our request altogether. Since we’ve been taking them to Bow Wow where the owners of the business also happen to own Chinese crested dogs, our boys actually WANT to go to the groomer! Extremely personable staff who clearly know what they’re doing, and care about the fur babies they’re tending too! My partner and I took in a pup who was previously lived outdoors full time. We had no clue how long it had been since he was bathed or how he would react. The staff at Bow Wow welcomed him with open arms and gave him the best treatment! Our pup is now pristine and clean. Easily the best dog groomer around, we will be taking our fur baby there from now on.

We have been bringing our 3 Shih Tzus to Shea for a few years now and after moving out of Stillwater we still make the drive here! Everyone working here goes above and beyond and if you know this dog breed, you know how much maintenance they need. Shea has worked miracles on our poor allergy ridden dog when he has flare ups. I can’t recommend them enough!

We LOVE this place and so does Athena! She gets in to everything and unfortunately her being afraid of baths at home makes it a bit difficult but she never seems to have a bad time here. They’re so so sweet, do so well, and all of it for a very fair price. The only place we’ve ever taken her to be groomed and only place I see us taking her!

They took awesome care of our girl! Very professional, got us in on the same day due to a cancellation, and completely made our girl look great. She got four compliments in a row when we grabbed lunch with her after her grooming. She looked so much cleaner and overall well maintained once they got done with her. Definitely recommend!
