Our dog sees Dr. Chelsea for his anxiety. She is so kind, compassionate, understanding, and enthusiastic. She does a lot of shared care decision making and makes sure you are heard before making any decisions together. She caters well to the patient and always provides a wealth of information so that we can feel fully informed. I feel she always has our best interests at heart and is an excellent behaviorist / vet. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous practices. They make you sedate your dog for any visit even when not anxious AT ALL. My dog was wagging her tail and kissing the tech and the vet cancelled her well exam (after we had done all the pre-check in stuff with the tech) because I had not fully sedated her and then proceeded to shame me about it.She insisted my dog was showing "subtle signs of anxiety"- like tail wagging??? DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

Tia and Dr. Chelsea were very helpful, and made Miso (my cat) and I feel very comfortable! Everything was clearly explained and we felt very well supported! Great practice!

BVC Wellesley has been our go to stop for all of our pup's care needs. The entire team from front desk to vet techs and DVMs has been kind, patient, and thoughtful in their approach. The team always goes above and beyond to make our dog feel safe and comfortable - taking things slow, giving him lots of love before/during/after each visit, and adjusting their approach based on their observations of what eases our dog's anxiety. We love their commitment to keeping up with the latest research, and always taking time to answer all our questions.
