Boston Veterinary Clinic

A small, private practice and Dr Spinks is a very good veterinarian. He will not try to maximize profit off his patients and isn't selling or pushing products. He is ethical and cares about his patients. I've had both dogs and cats with him over the years. Our dogs travel and Dr Spinks has helped us through complicated issues and routine care. He won't do unnecessary things and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. My dog was just currently diagnosed with positive Lyme and Dr Spinks tested the way it's supposed to be done and we are hopeful about prognosis. I prefer the small private office experience and highly recommend Dr Spinks. His honesty is refreshing.

Dr. Spinks is fantastic. He is patient, thorough, and listens to your concerns. His office staff is responsive and reliable and prices are more than reasonable. They have taken great care of my dogs and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Horrible. Since the new management started they have lost that small town feel. I had an appointment scheduled today, took a half day off from work. I got a call about 1 1/2 hours before my scheduled appointment saying that they had an emergency and could take me 2 hours later. They would not accommodate me earlier only later. The appointment was scheduled for my dog to receive medication before the 4th of July. I was unable to make the later appointment and was told I could go to other area hospitals for the medication. Can you begins to image the cost of doing a hospital visit to get medication. I am done with Boston Vally Sorry not so sorry. Except my poor dog will have to endure the 4th with out medication and be stressed. How can a hospital not see appointments and have emergencie

A place that shows a lot of compassion. I had to help my best friend, Charlie Chan, to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. The doctor along with his receptionist show a lit of compassion and professionalism during this difficult time. I can’t express how grateful they took us in with such a short notice. Mr Chan went to sleep and quietly crossed over. We are now his clients for the care of Blossom Face. Thank you.
