Boston Road Carpet

This has to be the worst customer service person i had seem in a long time the girl on the front is awful no helps them gets mad if you asked her a question. She told me to go home depot or lowes omg crazy … stay away she was too busy taking care of a dog she has..

They gave me 3 different prices for my hallway . They went from 745 to 475. There were rude and told me I was lying. I recommend writing down every price they give you because it will change and you will be the one not telling the truth. Almost 800 dollars for a hallway that's unheard of. I kindly walked away and went somewhere else. Got a price of 375 from some where else .KNOW HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS .

Poor products. Yes you save money, but the quality of the service as well as the quality of installation is poor. My carpet started tearing off about a week after installation. I contacted to come and fix, and I guess their idea of fix is to pound a few more pins into the carpet. I might as well have crazy glued it...Oh well, lesson learned I guess. Its about average $500 cheaper than Empire when they have their deals, but it was not worth saving that money. Im sure Empire carries warranty for the extra $$$.

Worst of worst carpet installation in Bronx’s Don’t waste your money !! I paid $800 just to install 12 x 20 ( Living Room ) I still have unfinished small hallway & he wanted extra $400. This guy is really a rip off. All he cares about is robbing customers pockets. Save your money and shop other places.
