We wanted to know what was wrong with my dog because she's been in a ton of pain. He never told us. He was clipping her nails and pulled on her paw on the side that was hurting causing her to scream out (He knew which side was hurting because we told him). And now we still don't know what is wrong. We got anti-inflammatory pills for two weeks and nothing else. Maybe it's arthritis (That's what we've been thinking, but we wanted a professional to check her to be sure), but He never told us. He didn't examine her. He didn't care for her. He knew which side was hurting, He pulled anyway when clipping her nails, He Hurt My Dog! And He didn't even care. Cheap, but not helpful, and certainly not caring toward my little chiweenie.

Been trying to get an appointment for my dogs eyes scabbing over and losing hair.. tried to make an appt.. the lady at the front desk said “just call me today when you can bring him” so I did… she told me now wasn’t a good time.. refused to give me a day to bring him by. Or set up an appointment.. he is now having a rash on his chest also.. had I been able to see the vet WHEN SHE TOLD ME to bring him by and call when I was on the way.. he wouldn’t be suffering… but now it is spreading and getting worse & they won’t even let me make an appt. 10/10 do not recommend.

We understand that it’s the day after a holiday though the phone has been ringing for the last 6-8hrs trying to make an emergent appointment when this is the only closest vet around town other than Dardanelle or Russellville which is about 45-1hr from where we need to be. Someone should assist and take phone calls alongside scheduling within the front office per se an administrator who’s to manage the front desk alongside the doctor.

Made an appointment for my dog to get spayed. They told me she couldn’t eat or drink after 6pm the day before because her appointment was at 8am. Took her in on a Monday morning. Didn’t get her back until the following day. When I walked to the back to get her, she was laying in her own pee. There wasn’t a dry spot in the cage they had her in. Some of the pee spots were beginning to dry which tells me it’d been there for a while. Which also tells me they never took her outside to use the bathroom. They would not give me antibiotics or pain medicine for her. I got home and got a good look at her and she’s covered in urine and puke. I call them to ask about it and they also inform me that they’ve not fed her or even given her water. DO NOT recommend this place. She only let me get one pictur

You might have trouble getting an appointment, due to fact it is a one man show and he is super busy because he is that good!!! It does not matter if your fur baby is young or old they get the best treatment. And priced very reasonable, good job Doc!
