I was there in 2024 when I first got my puppy and they did an amazing job. Unfortunately I couldnt take him anymore due to personal reasons. On Tuesday I texted them to get an appt and they answered right away, I asked for an appt and with no issues they gave me one for Today 2/12/26, no questions asked. Anyways, my dog was groomed by Adriana and wow I was amazed by how my dog came out. I always wants my dog to have a teddy bear cut and she made a this come true. I am in love 🥰 thanks guys, the staff is so nice too..

Been coming here for years and they never disappoint! They treat my pup - Cindy like family and the grooming is always top-notch. If you’re looking for a great local shop that actually cares, this is the place.

Yet another great experience. 2/4/25 The best around! Another great grooming! They were caring and listened to our concerns. I will be back! Our Puppy’s first full grooming, and she looked and smelled great! I am in love all over again! Thank you for taking such great care of my baby! Before and 3 afters! Just returned from my Puppy's 4th grooming. She looks amazing, smells amazing and I can't wait to cuddle with her. They always listen to my thoughts and carry out her grooming just as I ask.

WILL NOT RETURN! UPDATED REVIEW (3/29/2025) – Disappointing Experience at Merrick Location!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, bringing my elderly Shih Tzu and 2 huskies (groomed since puppyhood now 1.5 year olds). However, my latest visit was frustrating and disappointing. After my female husky, Snow, developed a fear of water due to a bad daycare exit bath (where she broke a nail), I followed the groomer’s advice and got calming medication. YET, upon arrival, they refused to even assess her and DISMISSED ME ON SIGHT (the groomer)—despite telling me beforehand to medicate her for the appointment. After spending extra on vet visits and medication, I couldn’t believe the poor treatment. They still offered to groom my other two dogs, but why groom only 2 out of 3? After this experience
