We had such an easy time today at the vet for my two kittens’ first annual checkup. Everyone was in great spirits and they were very thorough with my list of questions and thoughts. Super careful and caring with my cats. Always love how aesthetic and clean everything is at Bond Vet in Williamsburg.

Have had very good experiences here all three times that we have taken our puppy. The service has been great, the check-in and admin process is smooth, and all of the vets and nurses have been very kind and caring toward our puppy. The overall experience has been pleasant and convenient - would recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lanni! It is rare to find a veterinarian who brings together real clinical skill with genuine compassion, and he has done that consistently for my dog. As a first-time dog owner, he has helped me understand my dog’s needs, feel more confident, and learn without ever making me feel judged or overwhelmed. He is gentle and attentive with animals and always makes sure my dog feels safe and comfortable. What truly sets him apart is the way he cares for the people involved as much as the pets. He understands that veterinary visits can be emotional, and he brings a sense of calm, empathy, and reassurance that makes even stressful moments easier to handle. I know corporate clinics can be hit or miss, but Dr. Lanni is the reason I continue coming to this l

I don’t think I’m capable of adequately describing how wonderful these people are. Yes, my cat got excellent care and I will return and I will recommend. However, in an unfortunate turn of events, my cat escaped her carrier as I was exiting the cab. She ran down the block and ultimately ended up at the top of a 15, maybe 20 foot fence. A group of bystanders were with me trying to help and one of them ran to Bond Vet to ask for help. Within minutes, a group of employees came to the location and Dr. Lanni, without regard for his own safety, scaled the fence and managed to scruff my terrified cat and release her into the carrier that somebody else was holding. While I was in hysterics on the floor, they rushed the cat into the vet to make sure she was OK. I don’t know what would have happened

Staff was wonderful, but I’m low income and disabled myself. I had an appointment for 3:30 and when I got to the subway the trains were a mess. I tried calling to let them know I’d be late. All I got was a very annoying AI “Penny” who made me cry because they couldn’t understand anything with subway noise. And I emailed. I was one minute late from the “grace period” of 15 minutes so they charged me $20 more but I only had the exact money for the appointment (cause I’m disabled) and they wouldn’t help me. All they did was take out the staples from my dogs amputation. I was not able to talk to a vet or have any compassion. I was just told that I was late and had interfered with other dogs/cats time. This is not a place for anyone unless they are rich. I cried in the waiting room. Only after
