Bond Vet - Paramus

WE LOVE BOND VET! We went to bond vet for a second opinion, and we were so blown away by their reception and service that we immediately switched our provider to them. With Bond Vet, we really feel like they take such good care of our dog. Our dog comes in smiling, and he comes out with an even bigger smile on his face. All the staff are so lovely, the space is so clean and inviting, and their care for your pet is so palpable in everything that they do. For example, to prevent our dog's tail from sticking to his wound, the nurses wrapped his tail in dressing and decorated with little hearts. It was the sweetest gesture that shows they truly go above and beyond in everything that they do. This place is GREAT!!!! They are all so sweet so very prompt and the facility is also very clean. They took my scared little dog on time and made him so comfortable. The vet explained everything very clearly and didn’t push any treatment on me. My dog was so relaxed that he went to get bloodwork without me and with ease. Such a great appointment and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend to anyone with a pet.

I just went to the vet today to pick up meds for my dog who all of a sudden is not well. The front desk girl that is working today needs to get replaced asap! My first time here the front desk person was so kind and listened to all my concerns over the phone when booking my initial appointment. Which ultimately made me choose to take my dog here. When I went today to pick up meds for my dog who is lethargic and I asked to speak with the vet for 5 MINUTES because the symptoms my dog is exhibiting is withdrawal and the dosage might need to be altered. Which from what I have researched can be a medical emergency. Without even trying or considering my inquiry, she flat out said no the vet cannot speak to you she is with a patient now. I said I can wait. I have no problem sitting her and wait

A minor accident with my cat scratching herself brought me to Bond Vet—and I’m so glad it did. From the receptionist to the nurse and Dr. Erin Bortz, everyone was amazing. They were kind, professional, and incredibly informative, and most importantly treated my cat Lady with so much love—even while she was hissing away her frustration at being there 😅. I’ll definitely be making Bond Vet our primary vet for Lady and her two siblings.

In the 16 years I’ve had my dog I’ve been to many vets. This is by far the best experience I’ve had and it comes at a time that is most needed. I’ve had other good vets, but this staff has a level of kindness and care that goes beyond your pet and into you as a pet owner. I trust them with my dog’s wellbeing as I try to make very difficult decisions. The wait time was minimal. Making the appointment was easy. It’s clean, cozy, organized. Thank you Dr K and everyone. I’ll be seeing you when the time is right.
