I love this place! Super easy to get appointments and such lovely staff. Dr. Watiker is lovely! She answers my questions through emails whenever needed and even did so before meeting me in person. It means a lot to me as an anxious pet parent of a senior cat. I always leave confident and reassured and it makes me very happy. Prices are high but that’s NYC for you… and they’re very transparent about pricing beforehand. Thank you guys!!

The nicest staff and vets I have ever met. I was able to receive a check up for my 11 yr old cat in a days time and resources to ensure she lives a long and healthy life. They were very kind and caring of my current living and financial situation throughout our time there. Thank you so much to you all.

Phenomenal Experience at Bond Vet-Clinton Hill this afternoon! Heidi was exceptional at the front desk and worked to make a last minute appointment possible! The nurses- Brigitte, Christina, Julianna and Bri were all amazing! Dr. Nancy Ashley cares deeply about her feline patients and was super calm and helpful for my anxious kitty! Dr. Natalie was amazing! The annual exam was quick but thorough. They talked me through what would be charged & let me choose what I did and did not want to add to fit my budget. Both me and my cat felt comfortable there! Would 100% recommend.

I am giving stars for the knowledgeable vets and staff - who I think are great, caring, and do care for the animals. The front staff is very sweet with my dog and I've seen both Dr Heil and Dr Arth, and liked both. However, I'm not really sure about the value. This place is incredibly expensive, and at the price point, it should be easier to get in touch with someone. I wish communication was better - my last visit we had tests run and it was totally unclear when the results would return, and my anxiety increased with time. The vets also seem very rushed, which I don't blame them for, but more-so the larger Bond organization and scheduling system. Paying $150 for just a base visit (and a ton of fees on top of that if you get anything else) I think you should have more than 3-5 minutes with
