Bonafide Dog Academy

The owner Susan and her team do a phenomenal job here taking care and training dogs. We’ve taken our dog Twila there for almost 3 years and we are so happy our dog is there. Our dog is excited when she gets there and seems to have a lot of interaction while she’s there. Highly recommend.

My dog loves Bonafide Day Academy! They have done such a great job with him. When I was pregnant they immediately starting training him to walk with a stroller and now we can take walks together with my baby. I love the report cards and pictures they post of the dogs doing cute little activities. Bonafide is great!

******Important Edits I would like to add some important edits at the top of this review because it appears that the response from this company is giving false information about the crate. My dog was introduced to a crate at 12 weeks old. My dog joined Bonafide just days before he turned 1. One of the goals I shared with Bonafide was to improve his comfort in the crate. My dog has never shown a dislike to the crate, to be clear. This was not his first time with a crate. I wanted him to be more comfortable with longer periods of time as he grew beyond a puppy. I carried out all of the recommendations each day. There was no "lack of consistency" on my end. I can appreciate that Bonafide took ownership in saying this could have been handled better, but I don't appreciate the misinform

I have never completed a google online review but I absolutely need to add a review for Bonafide. Our experience here has been fantastic to say the very least. We have just started our puppy at the day academy and he loves every time we park in the parking lot. The structure and training aspect of their day academy is so beneficial and exactly what we were looking for with our new puppy. We found Bonafide by looking online for different daycares and puppy classes. We signed up our puppy for a class at Bonafide (puppy life skills) and from day 1, we knew this was the right choice. The staff has been fantastic with us and our puppy. Our jobs have been difficult to find a place for us to safely and confidently have our puppy spend time during the day and the staff and especially our traine

My puppy gets excited to see the staff which is really nice to see because she’s gets nervous around other people. I feel comfortable with her there because their updates on her day are on-par with her personality/behavior that I see at home. Being able to reserve the enrichment room is really nice for extreme weather weekends so she can get her energy out in a temperature controlled environment.
