Boiling Springs Animal Hospital

Boiling Springs Animal Hospital is where we switched our cats to and we are very pleased. The office staff and Vet Techs are friendly. The atmosphere is calming even with the animals sounds. We see Dr. Buchanan and cannot say enough about her as a person and as a veterinarian. She listens to us, she’s wise, knowledgeable and she’s thorough. We highly recommend their Hospital For your veterinary needs.

My pet has always been given the best, expected care and the team there has consistently worked to make sure I have what I need, when I need it for my pet. I would recommend Boiling Springs Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a new Vet.

Unfortunately, since the practice was taken over by a corporation, the prices have been climbing while the customer service has been declining. I went because I trusted Dr. Pitelli and Dr Purcell. Dr. Purcell retired and Dr. Pitelli left. When Dr. Pitelli left, most of the experienced front desk staff and vet techs went with her. There is absolutely no point to go back.

We took our dogs here for years. In September our dog was having issues. He was limping constantly. Took him in and buchanan said he had "allergies" said he could even be allergic to grass....I wasn't having it. But I wasn't at that appointment. Only my husband was there. A week later my dog was still limping and in pain. So I made a post on facebook in the boiling springs group and they freaked out, worried, told me to bring him back in and said they wouldn't charge us an exam fee. Took him back in to see pittelli, she told us our dog has Lyme disease and he is losing a lot of protein and she treated him immediately. He hasnt been limping since. The fact that pittelli is gone means we will be gone, along with MULTIPLE other sensible pet owners. Good luck 🤣

Everyone here is great with our hyper nervous golden. But they are so gentle with him to get what they need and treat him with respect and love. Love the Doctors and all techs, too.
