Bobtown Pet Clinic

The care Bobtown gave to my pet today was above and beyond. I called because my dog was limping and holding her paw up and I was offered an appt within a hour I was in the office with my pet feeling better. Everyone of the people listed above played a role in my pets care and treatment. I appreciate every one of them every time. Thank you for making my pets happy and healthy. What I appreciated most is the care and way my pets are treated. My pets feel safe and that matters the most.

Everyone is very helpful and seems genuinely concerned about our Pets' health and well-being. They do a great job of explaining what they are doing and why, as well as working diligently to try to get to the bottom of what is going on when our dog hadn't been doing well. Whether it's a routine annual check-up or something else is going on... we get the same level of care and concern. I am always thankful that Jess is kind, patient and willing to answer any random questions when we come in or call. As we leave, I feeling good about the visit overall and that if I have questions I can reach out. Allison has recently been involved with our visits and care. We are so thankful for Bobtown Pet Clinic! Our dog, Rosie, needed to be seen before it turned into an emergency situation. We had not been in to the clinic yet and that was not a problem. Bobtown Pet Clinic had an opening and got our dog in as soon as possible. They listened to our concerns and took time understanding us too. They all took such great care of her. They had Rosie checked-in and looked at in no time. They set us up with everything that she needed including her follow up appointments. They made it very easy for us while we were more worried and focused on our dog. They have been great at explaining what needs to be done and what comes after. Gave us all the information we needed. The care my dog Pretzel received was excellent. Both Dr. Kassekert and Tammy spent the time and listened intently to my concerns about her stomach illness symptoms to then formulate a care plan. Thank you Tammy for spending the time you did yesterday to fully understand her issues and make us feel well cared for. You do a great job! What I appreciated most was the time, care and attention that was given to my dog.
