Came in as a referral from Animal Emergency center in rochester -I couldn't be happier with the level of care, detail and reassurance from Dr. wycislak , Although i'm terrified still of a seizure happening again, i have much more confidence knowing that the dr is on our side/ team to help us through any future episodes or switching up treatment plans if necessary . I arrived terrified and traumatized and left feeling more confident and understanding of seizures in dogs and have peace of mind with a spray to administer if necessary- thank you so much Dr. W and team!!! we hope to never see you again 🙏 but if this ends up being more consistent then at least I know I have you! Highly recommend , this business and its team shows prompt care, empathy , understanding , strong communication sk
We brought our corgi, Neville, in for surgical consultation in April after being paralyzed and incontinent for a few weeks. Although we were less than enthused with their resident’s bedside manner and patient counseling (hence the 4 stars as opposed to 5), we ultimately decided to pursue surgery with Dr. Palma. Dr. Palma explained everything so thoroughly and was so patient with us. The follow up care was amazing (s/o to Andrea, the overnight tech who let me talk to Neville everyday at 10pm and 5am! You made his four night post-op stay so much easier). I’m happy to say that 6 months of rehab later (s/o to Animal Rehab Facility in Dexter), Neville is walking, running, playing and peeing largely normally! He still has to regain some muscle in his hindquarters that atrophied during his crate
I can’t thank this team enough for taking such great care of my baby. My cavapoo is 4 years old and had an emergency vet visit last Friday 12/19 at Bluepearl emergency. He was diagnosed with IVDD. We were in tears and took a huge financial hit, but we knew surgery was the next step we wanted to take. Dr. (Proctor?) examined him and explained to my husband and I how the procedure and recovery would go. I felt very comfortable leaving him in such good care. The phone lines were being difficult during the time he was here which was frustrating, but I had expressed that to the Dr. as well as the receptionist and they were very apologetic. All of the receptionists were very kind including Kristen and Alyssa. We brought him home Christmas Eve and couldn’t be happier to see him doing better. The
The people here are great they care about the animals and their needs come first. they are on the higher end pricewise, but did what they could with us to try to work with what we were able to do. I am overall extremely satisfied with the care that they have given my dog in the career they are continuing to give my dog until his surgery. They didn’t beat around the bush. They were upfront with what all possibly could be wrong with him and explained everything Thoroughly. They also got down to his level to try to make him feel more comfortable of being where he is as he does not like that offices he It’s scared and freezes, and after we left about two hours later, he had already made one new friend of the staff that worked there. The front office ladies were great and very helpful with help
Highly recommend. From the initial call I made, the staff was caring and patient. I was filled with anxiety because my cat had a brain tumor. Dr Isaacs saved her life by removing the tumor. Then, the after-surgery care was wonderful; they looked after her and called me w updates. My entire experience with Blue Pearl was/is exceptional.
