Our 1yr.old Olive bit into a albuterol inhaler. We put her in the hands of some wonderful Dr's. And technicians. It's hard handing over your baby to people who you don't know. But they immediately put us at ease explained what needed to be done, kept in contact with us, thru out the days she spent there. They treated her like she was a part of their own family. Olive was a very sick dog who needed help and dire intervention. We are so thankful for all they have done to get her back home with us. Thank you to everyone who cared for our trouble child! Olive says thank you too.

I would definitely recommend Blue Pearl Pet Hospital to anyone with an emergency situation . 🙌🏻My Mini Aussie, Charlie swallowed a small sock. The vet told me to bring him in right away. We Live about an hour from there, so once we got there, they immediately took Charlie in and gave him an injection to induce vomiting. It was a success, and the people that worked there were so attentive and understanding. this is my second time going there since my dog passed a few years ago. Even at that time, I had one of the most amazing vets that kneeled with me as I cried, and my dog was given the injection to help him pass. I’ve never experienced such compassion and I am truly grateful for all the staff there in both situations. 🙏❤️

Exceptional! We had to bring our dog tator in for an emergency. These ladies were quick and amazing. They answered all our questions and reassured us on how he was doing regularly. They offer care credit if you’re in a pinch of money. I was terrified for my dog, and their calm demeanor helped with the situation. I will return in the future if we experience an emergency again, even if they’re an hour out of our way!

All in all, we had a great experience. Our cat became ill suddenly. We took him to Blue Pearl and they handled everything very well and did everything possible to help our baby get well. He came home but we are keeping a very close eye on him. Blue Pearl even sent us home with some special food until we could see our regular vet for a prescription. My only complaint was Wednesday evening (3/4) there was a vet on duty who called us to talked about our cat's condition. She commented that we don't want to do the surgery that could help our cat and if he doesn't get better, we choose to euthanize him. Never again. We brought our cat to BluePearl around 9:00 PM on Saturday because something in his mouth was bothering him. He was pawing at his mouth, gagging and vomiting whenever he tried to eat and had barely eaten his last few meals. They told us it was a busy night with several urgent cases and that he might not be seen until 4–5 AM, which we understood. We chose to leave him there and wait for their call. By 8:00 AM the next morning, we still hadn’t heard anything, so I called. We were told there had been a shift change and that our cat was second in line to be seen. At 11:00 AM, we approved and paid a sedation estimate and were told he was next in line. After that, communication completely broke down.
