If you have a pet emergency Blue Pearl is the only place to go! First of all, they are Honest, they tell you the truth, not looking to take more tests to make more money, they care only about helping your pet and do what is necessary. The staff is just so caring, helpful, intelligent and knowledgeable. The first time we went there was to put a very sick cat to sleep, their kindness was so great, they understood our loss and sent us things to remember our cat, and a beautiful card of kindness, that no one has ever done for us in all the years of having animals. This time we came with our Orange Sunny cat, who got into my sewing and eaten thread, we did the wrong things like trying to get it out, bad move. just bring you cat to Blue Pearl, so much could have gone wrong because of the danger

From the initial phone contact to arriving at the Raleigh location, to their assessment and care of our Luna, I couldn't have asked for any better service, empathy and treatment! They were fast straightforward and thorough. The cost for what our dog needed was every much comparable to any vet visit. I would highly recommend.

The staff were caring and professional with my first experience at this pet hospital. I really appreciated Dr. Stansbury and her staff for acting quickly to assess, treat, and diagnose correctly the cause of my dog ,Lila’s, respiratory distress. It was an emotional/scary time for me, and she helped ease my worries in this emergent situation. Lauren Block was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable throughout our experience. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and genuinely showed care and empathy for both our son. Her professionalism and warmth made a meaningful difference during our visit. The staff is absolutely fantastic—welcoming, supportive, and clearly dedicated to excellent care. The only disappointment was that Lauren Block couldn’t be our son’s Monty’s vet—but that speaks more to how much we valued her care than anything else. We are truly grateful for the support and compassion provided.

Our Labrador retriever had to be emitted through emergency due to a septic joint infection. We came from the coast 3 hours away. The team at blue pearl was ready and acted fast. They took great care of him and answered all our questions / phone calls at random times. Our 2 doctors and ere Dr. Spivey and Dr Lee. They were both very nice, explanatory, helpful, and worked hard to save our baby. Thank you again Team!
