BluePearl put my little 11lb, 7 year 7 month old Jettie with respiration pneumonia in an oxygen chamber straightaway. If not caught in time it could be deadly. In ICU they gave her exceptional care, monitoring hourly as well as keeping an eye on her throughout. They administered the two strong antibiotics by IV and orally respectively. They were so kind to her. She had to stay in that chamber for 2 nights. Finally, her oxygen level stabilized and I could bring my precious darling home. Upon discharge, they taught me how to use an app to monitor her “at rest” breaths per minute, as well as suggesting she breathe the moist air in my bathroom when the shower got it steamy to help break up the congestion, keep her away from other dogs for 2 weeks, and do not walk her or cause exertion. They aggressively push additional services, often completely unnecessary in a given situation. They constantly double, sometimes triple, prices and use fear, manipulating, influencing the most precious thing we have to force owners to approve expensive diagnostics or procedures that are not always strictly necessary. I brought my kitten to BluePearl Pet Hospital in an emergency and sat waiting for 1.5 hours!!! until they started doing something! As a result, the examination, ultrasound, and other procedures cost me 2-3 times more! than elsewhere. I left feeling deceived.
