Blue Ribbon Pet Grooming

Very dirty, unprofessional and unorganized. The owner and her assistant groomer interrogated me to the point of "no sale"after my wife spoke with them and set up an appointment for a malnourished dog we rescued during the pandemic. My wife set up an appointment the day before but it was as if they had no knowledge of it. They doubted my Pyrenees has ever been to a vet, (although he goes to the best one in Cottage Grove 🫶🏾!) and they had no business because two of them stood around grilling me to the third degree of what was supposed to be a routine drop off transaction. ( Who has time for that if they are running a business correctly?!) . They were insulting and insuinated a lot of things about my pet. Brenda is amazing with the animals. Takes great care of everyone's pets. Her helper Dylan does an awesome job also. Highly reccomend Blue Ribbon for all your pet needs!!! My animals actually enjoy going to Blue Ribbon to get pampered, washed and groomed. I won't recommend anywhere else ..
