Blue Mountain Veterinary

We’ve had an excellent experience with Blue Mountain veterinary clinic. Dr Ferguson, our veterinarian, has been wonderfully attentive—he always returns calls promptly and has even squeezed us in for same-day appointments as we’ve been working through some issues with our young dachshund. The staff has been consistently pleasant, easy to talk to, and quick to respond to messages. Overall, we’re very pleased and truly appreciative of the excellent care and service we’ve received. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing staff!!! - One hard situation with our baby but they handled it perfectly and with lots of care for my baby and for us. We didn’t have the outcome we all wanted however I know they did the best they could for her. I am so appreciative to everyone there for all their kindness and explaining everything in terms we all could understand. Thank you so much

It's really just a one vet clinic and the dude is clearly overworked. Dirty exam tables and floors, vet always seems rushed and uncaring. The staff seems to be new with every visit so they can't retain workers. Picked up my dog from a spay and she was covered in caked on blood, they didn't even clean her up and they forgot to do give a vaccine booster she needed. They never follow up a surgery with a wellness call because they really do not care when you walk out the door. Nobody answers the phone, you have to leave a voice message. I know it's hard to find good workers, but they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel at this place. The prices are great, but we won't be back.

Thee entire staffing at Blue Mountain Veterinary are amazing, compassionate, professional, fantastic crew. I found Blue Mountain from word of mouth. They have supercede what was told to me. My animals this year ,several of them have had major health issues back to back due to old age or my foster animals coming to us in disarray and without repor Blue Mountain Veterinary spent 3 months 💙 in a row. Helping me keep their health and well being. I, especially, appreciate when my sister passed suddenly and I had to leave the state . They kept my animals until I could send someone to pick them up . I thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for your caring and the best Veterinarian care I have received since leaving my hometown. And there it was my best friend who was our Veterinarian. My pets have gotten excellent care at this clinic. From a complicated surgery for an elderly dog that went perfectly and my dog had amazingly fast recovery time and to my poor kitties who are prone to bladder infections being able to get in for an appointment fast for diagnosis and treatment. They always treat my pets kindly and hear out my concerns, not dismissive, very thorough. The prices are good compared to a lot of other local vets. I also love that my vet was fine with my dog being raw fed and not pushing kibble diets.
