Blue Dog Elite

Our Standard Poodle, Marlowe, is totally different since she met Lesley at Blue Dog Elite. I cannot speak highly enough of Lesley‘s training program and how well it works. Marlowe originally did one on one training and learned basic commands and loose leash walking. Now she’s able to go with the pack and go out on trail runs. She cannot wait for Lesley to pick her up to go on these adventures. I myself am a groomer and have referred people to Lesley and have seen such a dramatic difference in the way dogs behave and respond after working with her. Not only has she trained our dog, but she has also trained us to be better pet parents. We have recently adopted another dog through a rescue organization and cannot wait for her to go through the program also. Lesley is the best!

We have been using Lesley for almost 4 years. When we first welcomed our puppy, we didn't know the ins and outs of raising a dog. Lesley gladly help by sharing training and general care advice. We've grown to trust her because we know our dog is safe, loved, like one of her own, and even a bit spoiled. Blue Dog Elite was the best thing that happened to our pup, Bradley, and to us. Lesley was flexible in her schedule and worked with Bradley one on one and got him to a place we didn’t think he would ever be. She is patient and knowledgeable about both a dogs and owners needs. We have learned so much and she continues to be a resource for us. She is a great communicator both in scheduling and with her instruction. Bradley loves going to her house to take long walks and see his friends. We have tried regular puppy classes, but Blue Dog Elite worked miracles. The absolute best!

Lesley's wealth of knowledge & experience has brought relaxed leash walking, dog manners, reliable recall and peace to our household & mailman. Lesley came with tons of positive reviews, and education for days. She was always on time for sessions & came prepared when maybe we didn't. Lesley shared what brands & links to "tools" she has found work best and they do!! After each session we have homework because the work needs to continue after she leaves too. Working together with our pup has been such a rewarding change for us all. We know we can always call in the future with any issues or refreshers, we couldn't have done it without Lesley's guidance.

Lesley has been a god send to our family. From the time she spent on the initial intake of all our dog's information to every session, she is prepared and full of ideas. She prioritized our concerns and addresses each dog individually! We have a calmer home in just 3 weeks, enjoyable structured walks, and we are looking forward to reliable recall. AND, our dogs love her!
