Very professional staff that cares for the pets that come in for service. They have very reasonable prices. When I went looking for a groomer I walked in without an appointment and was given a tour of the inside and outside. I told the lady ( at the time I did not know it was Mandy the owner ) my dog needed his nails trimmed and the only way it was able to be done before was at the vet and they had to partially sedate him. I didn’t want to do that ever again and she said let me try. She took him and sat down on the floor with him and calmly talked to him and was able to trim all of them. She is amazing as well as her husband and all the staff. I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic Place! They did such a great job on my senior dog, who I was worried would have a little anxiety. He smells amazing and his coat has never looked better! So glad we found them! Highly recommend!

Took my puppy for full grooming she looked pretty. However she didn't smell good as when I had her groomed at another place she smelled clean at least 4 days this time she didn't smell good at all.

I understand there aren’t many grooming options in Whitney, but this place is truly the bottom of the barrel. The owner, Mandy, personally groomed my dog and managed to cut the same mole on my dog both times I went there—despite me clearly pointing it out after the first incident. This mole isn’t small or hard to see, and yet she still gashed my dog’s skin badly enough that the vet now says surgery is required. When I confronted Mandy about the damage she caused, instead of taking responsibility, she became defensive and outright rude. That kind of unprofessionalism, combined with such careless handling of an animal, is unacceptable. If you value your pets, please don’t take them here. Save your dogs from this level of negligence and inexperience.
