Very compassionate and caring. Dr. Loveland and her staff are also very knowledgeable and explain everything they can so you have the confidence you need to keep your pet in good health. I have been taking all my pets there since she opened her clinic. I couldn’t recommend any other veterinarian clinic that’s better.

Dr Loveland and her staff are absolutely amazing women. I can’t express how many times they have literally saved my animals lives!

Last week, we brought our puppy to Bliss Haven Animal Clinic in serious pain. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of dealing with Shaleane Hertzog, who showed zero empathy or concern. She was incredibly dismissive and rude, not just toward our clearly suffering pet, but also toward me and my wife. It felt like she couldn't be bothered. We left feeling upset and ignored. Thankfully, we found another vet who treated our puppy with genuine care and compassion, and now he’s doing much better. We will never go back to Bliss Haven. If you value your pet’s well-being and want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else.

For 28 years we have been taking our furbabies to Dr. Lovelane. I love her, the staff. My pets never have fear or anxiety going to the vet because she comes in with a calm welcoming tone , gives the pets time to adjust and sniff around before poking and probing at them. She never rushes you, and knows all your babies, current and passed. She answers all your questions and concerns. Couldn't ask for a better Dr for my furbabies
