Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary

We give monthly to this amazing charity in remembrance of our blind cat Finley who passed away prematurely from growth complications. He was an absolute blessing and the most special member of our family we have ever had. We are so happy a shelter and rescue exists to take care of and support our blind furry friends. You wouldn’t put down a person because they are blind, why would you do the same to a cat? Thank you for everything you all do please know that your impact can be felt all across the USA and beyond!

I currently sponsor 7 precious cats at BCR, one of the country’s best sanctuaries for blind and FIV+/FeLV+ felines. The staff and founder Alana Miller perform miracles. I am deeply committed to helping this rescue via donations whenever possible. They are a model of compassionate care, transparency, mercy and love.

Love it first time visiting with friends from out of town make me wish take one home but I have three now it’s a fun experience to play and fed them treats in each stalls some friendly and some can be cranky.. will hopefully one day visit again

What an awesome mission this group has! We stopped by & loved on the kitties & watched them play and interact. The staff is informative & caring. The facility is impeccably clean and has adequate space. These kitties couldn't be in a better place! We've decided to sponsor a kitty & encourage anyone who is able to do the same.

I wanted to check out this place before I donated to them. I have 3 blind cats of my own. It was soooo clean with so many toys and beds available. Definately a lot of care goes into this place!
