Blaze A Trail Canine

Having a difficult time finding the words of exactly how much the owner of Blaze a Trail has changed my life for the better. I got my dog Roxy from her well over a year ago, She came with solid basic obedience which helped me begin public access work with her. I can tell she was nurtured and cared for while with Kelley because of the amazing companionship she has given to me. I also recently purchased a malinois puppy who I will be driving hours to send to Blaze a Trail. I cannot recommend this facility enough.

A little over a year ago, my husband and I adopted a 1 year old male dog from the animal shelter. My poor buddy was on his own for about a year and was found and brought into the animal shelter. Because of this, there was some obvious trauma that came along with him. We decided to bring him to Kelley in hopes to reduce some of his anxiety and aggression he carried with him. She did just that. Shiloh is obedient and is less anxious and just overall happier because of the work that Kelley did with him. We get compliments all the time of how well behaved he is when people come over to visit. Shiloh loves to visit Kelley now when he boards with her. I was nervous at first to have to be apart from him for that long for the 4 week training process, but seeing how happy he was with her made it al

Blaze A Trail is a phenomenal training and boarding facility. The owner and trainer, Kelley, is fantastic. Her excellent skills and passion for personalizing her training for each dog owner is unsurpassed. Kelley goes the extra mile! She does what is best for the dog and owner. Kelley even drove 3 hours to my house multiple times to train my difficult dog in his own environment, because it was needed in our situation. She was always available for updates and questions. She is my forever trainer and boarder. Kelley is now considered family to us!

We love Kelley and Blaze a Trail! Our dogs are always excited to go and not stressed when I pick them up. Kelley and her staff are always so kind and respond quickly to any of my calls our texts. They pay full attention to our dogs and give them the utmost care. She has gone above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable and safe. I highly recommend her and her staff!

Kelley started out as a client at our clinic (we called her the crazy Belgian lady 🩷) not long after that , I asked her to help me with training one of my dogs. Next thing I know I’m out there in the middle of everything training along side of her. I love Kelley and her family . They have become my family ! Kelley is truly a one of a kind and has such a special touch with animals . She is passionate in her work and dedicated to every dog that enters her facility ! Not only does she do her part there with all of the babies. She follows through with you at home , through text , phone calls, home visits, etc.
