We cannot say enough good things about Eliza. From day one, she helped us truly communicate with our protective Boerboel puppy, Hoss, not just correct behaviors, but understand why he was reacting the way he was. If you know the breed, you know Boerboels are incredibly loyal, intelligent, strong-willed, and naturally protective… which means training has to be done the right way. Eliza’s approach was thoughtful, clear, and empowering. She didn’t just “train our dog” she trained us. She reminded us that dogs are always a work in progress, and instead of quick fixes, she gave us practical tools, confidence, and structure we can continue using well into Hoss’s adulthood. Eliza did an amazing job in not only providing training to our dog, but also on how to handle him. Eliza is quite knowledgeable in dogs and shared that knowledge in a clear, concise manner. She thoroughly explained why our dog did certain things and acted in certain ways and how to give the proper commands based specifically on how our dog was and reacted. Our dog quickly responded to her commands. Eliza also ensured to provide us with the guidance needed to keep the training going and reinforce what she taught him. I highly recommend Eliza as she was very professional, thorough and courteous!!

Eliza is the BEST! I only wanted my dogs to learn the basic obedience skills and Eliza went above and beyond for my dogs! My dogs are old (8 & 14) plus stubborn as ever (dachshund & half Jack Russell half dachshund) she was able train them and me some knew tricks! Thanks again Eliza!

Eliza helped me prepare for my advanced behavior, obedience, and agility evaluations for search and rescue. She helped me shape and perfect many behaviors. I was able to become a way better handler with her guidance. She also helped me with finding a diet for my dog that fits with my dogs breed and activity level. My dog was having really bad reactivity issues with other dogs after I rescued him. He would bark and lunge and go after some of the cattle on property. The trainer, Eliza, did an excellent job not only training my dog but also me on best technique and how to communicate and build trust with my dog, Finny. I’m not the best at being consistent in my training, but she let me video her and watch her do it and gave me the tools to train Finny! So much better!!! I now have a happy confident dog and I feel much better knowing what to do. I really recommend this company and Eliza. Most attentive trainer I’ve ever had. I recommend and would book again.
