Bitterroot Pet Palace

My girl loves it there! As soon as we pull up she can’t wait to go inside. Owner and staff attentive, kind, thoughtful and super good with animals. Never mind giving you updates and sending pictures of your pet. I am very thankful I was referred to Pet Palace. I never worry when I board my girl

They did really good job, The price was reasonable. Drop off was a little hectic because they have everybody drop off at the same time but it worked out they had my dog's most of the day but that ended up working out as well.

We’ve been having our dogs boarded and groomed here for over five years now. The owner, Sara, operates a wonderful facility, and everyone working there loves their job and the animals. My dogs cannot wait to get in that building to give hugs and do not even look back at me. My husband says they act like they’re going to summer camp. Thank you for taking the best care of W, G and T while we are away.

The groomers are so wonderful! My sweet dog has severe anxiety and the first time there she destroyed a drying kennel and tried to tear the tub from the wall. I felt so bad but those ladies were so kind about it. We paid for the damage of course and I was so surprised that they had no hesitation having her back. They accommodate her personality and she still goes every 10 weeks with no further issues. They are so friendly there and I understand why they are always so busy, definitely the best groomers I've met.

I was nervous to board my German Shepherd while I went on vacation because I was afraid his separation anxiety would flare up again. He seemed very content and well taken care of when I picked him up. The Pet Palace also accommodated my GSD with moving him to a indoor/outdoor run as soon as one became available. I was pleased with the service and care, as well as the price. Will definitely be returning in the future.
