10/10 would recommend, they did an amazing job!! This was my first time taking my golden doodle here and I have already rescheduled for the next visit. When we arrived, the ladies working were kind and easy to talk to. They took the time to ask what exactly I was wanting done since they hadn’t groomed my dog before. From the head, to the ears, the body, the legs/paws, and the tail. I wasn’t rushed out of the door without communication. I specified not to trim my dogs eyelashes and that I didn’t think her previous groomer was doing her nails because they were LONGGGG like talons - the requests were heard/ followed and my dog looks beautiful (I’m sure she feels better too). We recently moved to Fairfield and I needed a groomer for Carmel, our Rough Collie. I was greeted by Lena and she took all the information and immediately made me feel as if Carmel came to the right place. When I picked her up she looked beautiful and the sunflower bandana made it perfect. Lena and Kayla gave exceptional customer service, they make you laugh and run the business great. They treat your pet as their own. Best groomer I have ever used. Life customer!

This was my first time taking my girl to Biscuit Bath & Beyond. They did an amazing job grooming her. They were very reasonably priced, professional & very friendly! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I moved to the area at the end of last year and was having trouble finding a groomer for my doodle mix. Others that I went to either did not do the best work or were not very transparent with their pricing up front.. I am so glad that I was able to find Biscuit Bath & Beyond. The groomers continuously do a great job with my dog's doodle fur and she always come homes smelling amazing. They are also extremely affordable and are upfront with how much they charge for nail trims, nail grinds, touch ups, etc. (on their website and on a board when you come in). My dog actually enjoys going there. I highly recommend BB&B for all of your dog grooming needs!
