Bird Paradise

The staff here are honestly very rude. I have been here multiple times and each time the staff are so cold. They treat you as though you don't know anything about birds and give outdated information. They also brush you off, its hard to get a staff member to talk to for assistance. They are rarely at the register and if they are, they are having a conversation with other staff members while you just stand there. There are birds running around on the floor that is covered in seed, they could very easily be stepped on. There are also birds in dirty petting zoo style containers that lack toys for the birds to play with, anyone can stick their hand in to touch/grab them. Incredible place, thousands of birds of every size and huge selection of toys and parts to make or repair toys! Enormous selection of food and treats. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I always take my Sami bird for visits! Worth the 2hr drive to visit.

It’s a Bird Paradise for sure! They offer everything you could possibly need for your feathered friend. In addition to a huge variety of bagged foods, they have an utterly amazing bird food buffet, so you can satisfy your birds favs. Their selection of toys, cages, accessories will absolutely astound you. And their birds… are beautiful. And most importantly extremely reasonable pricing.

If I could give zero stars to this place I absolutely would. I do not recommend this place at all. I bought a supper sun conure which is usually $1000 itself, and cages are around $600 so you would think it would be around $2000 including food, toys, etc. Nope, it was only 1200 and the reason is because they gave us a sick bird, bornavirus. I only had 11 months with this beautiful girl, and the whole time she was slowly dying and there was nothing i could do. Spent well over $5k to save this bird and there was nothing else to do but be there for her. The staff was incredibly rude, acted like I was a child and had no clue what I was doing, didnt even bother to inform us about her condition because they didnt care. Do better. Go to Todd Marcus birds exotic.

Absolutely amazing store. A huge selection of any and everything you could need or want. We don't have a bird but we found some stuff for our hamster. And the birds are so beautiful and friendly. So awesome to be able to pet them and interact. My son loves coming here, cant lie, I love it just as much. Prices seem very reasonable, especially compared to chain pet stores. Definitely recommend stopping by, even if you dont have a bird. Theres plenty you could use for other pets as well.
