Bill's Wonderland of Pets

Love this place!! I never knew it existed!! We ended up with a hermit crab.. a lonely crab!! We called around & no one had any except Bill’s. Walking in I was amazed at how wonderfully he takes care of each & every creature, & critter!! The staff are all truly invested in the wellbeing of all the pets, they’re very knowledgeable, super helpful, kind & courteous!! We went there for 1 hermit crab & walked away with treats, supplies & 3 crabs.. lol I also learned what type of live plants I can put in their habitat, & the best water to use!! This is a lovely little store, everything is very reasonably priced!! Of course now I’m going to need a bigger tank!!!

This place is awesome! They look like they take care of their animals which is a HUGE plus and they have pretty much anything you could need for any type of pet.

I LOVE the selection they have. Some items are upcharged, but for the most part, everything you could need is here and a decent price. I would love to support a small business, so I spent 150$ here. This Christmas and my dog needs gifts! I will even mention, my dog wanted one of those bones so badly, she woke up at 4 am in search of this bone, and barked at the dresser where it was hidden until I gave it to her. At 4 AM. The cashier was pleasant as well. But the owner? Tried to get my car towed because I picked up Zaxby's to go from his parking lot after a significant purchase. Hard to support the small business when the small business doesn't support you. Not cool Bill. Thankfully, Zaxby's put it over their intercom and I was able to get out there before it happened. Staff was nice. It is nice to see that there are still family owned pet stores out there. They have everything you need and prices are cheaper than pet smart for sure. More reptile, fish and mice etc. no dogs or cats that I saw.

Fantastic pet store with an insanely wide selection of reptiles, arachnids, rodents, some weird bugs and other things too. Ive bought multiple fish without issue (they also have an very wide selection that seems to update at least monthly) as well as feeder mice which were clean and provided no issues for my snake. I will always recommend this store over a chain pet store like pets mart or petco. 11/10 I will be back many times.
