Dr McGee has been our vet of choice for more than 30 years now. He has cared for many generations of pets and livestock in all stages of life for us. There is none better than Dr McGee and we highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Bill McGee by another vet because my American Bulldog, Kalliope was limping and in pain from a genetic issue where her kneecaps would pop out of socket at random. Dr. Bill was able to repair her knees and now she can run, jump and play like any two year old dog should. Not only is he an excellent vet but he took the time to explain exactly what the procedure would entail and what the recovery would require from me. He called me personally after each surgery to let me know how it went. I am impressed by his knowledge of the latest tech and he is backed by a wonderful staff. I drive over an hour to Bridgeport Animal Hospital because it is the BEST.

I have trusted my pets to Dr. McGee for many years. Now they have brand new buildings and up to date equipment. On top that, a caring, professional staff. I would certainly recommend this animal hospital and any of the doctors there to anyone.

Dr McGee and his office staff thought it more important today 1-31-17 to worm cattle and put me and "Marley" off because of my inability to POSSIBLY pay the bill IN FULL TODAY. Mind you "Marley" is pooping blood, is bruising, has petechiae, bruising on her gums and is lethargic ALL SYMPTOMS OF POSSIBLE RAT POISONING not found in my new home. But, the cattle ranchers preventative wormer was much more important and I was told not to ask for free services. I explained my funds get deposited at midnight on the 1st of the month 2-1-17 (tomorrow) literally hours away. I really didn't feel I was asking the world just for the Dr to uphold his oath. Yes uphold the ethics set forth by the AVMA. In the Principles section and Principles with Annotations section it covers circumstances just like this.
