Bilby's Ballroom (Owensville)

My family came here for the first time and had a great experience. Staff is super helpful and friendly! They also have a great selection of animals, supplies, with fair prices! We will definitely be back.

Very affordable frozen mice here and excited to have visited. Animals are well priced too and seem healthy. Cashier is friendly. And I look forward to coming back. Only concern is a few of the animals were in enclosures only big enough for them to turn around, which I've only seen done temporarily at reptile shows. Giving grace in case they were new animals received that day and just hadn't gotten around to setup tanks yet or something. Which is a likely possibility. Enclosures did seem clean and as I said, animals seemed healthy otherwise which is more than I can say for big name pet stores. Will update my review to 5 stars if those animals are housed normally when we go back for more mice. :)

I love shopping at Bilby’s Ballroom! If you need a place to purchase Live Feeders for Reasonable Prices, or to take the kids to look into getting them a house pet, go to Bilby’s! At Bilby’s they’re very welcoming and helpful and the prices are pretty reasonable! They have everything you need for all their animals! I strictly purchase Live Feeders from them for my two Ball Pythons

Such a great place to visit. Large variety of animals, feed, and supplies. Really enjoy this store! Highly recommend a visit.

Edited to respond to owner: I have done over 1yr of research on leopard geckos and still currently as their husbandry will change on the new research studies/science done showing how to improve their ability to thrive, not just survive, in their environment. My research comes from the UK standards, which they have laws on, and through the FB groups Leopard Gecko Life and Husbandry, Leopard Gecko Advancing Husbandry(which also use the same standards), Reptifiles(which also changes their husbandry to meet the new standards), and Reptile Lighting which only base their research on current science standards to make sure all species thrive with the proper lighting. My leos start in a 40 gallon quarantine tank with paper towels to monitor their health(so there's no chance of substrate impaction)
