Customer Reviews
She is amazing!! My grandmas dog needed some teeth pulled. She got an estimate from a couple other places and they told her it would be over $1000 dollars. Mrs. Bigelow did it for less than half of that.. She definitely knows what she is doing. Friendly staff. great place!! Highly recommend!!
My dad and I have been bringing our dogs to Janice for over a decade. We have NEVER had a bad experience with her or the staff! Not only does she treat me like family but she also treats my dogs like family as if they were her own. Her and her staff are amazing!
Always kind and patient. Her assistants are wonderful too. Really sweet ladies. They handled my kitten well even when she was very upset by a swab they were trying to get. I drive all the way from Wichita, because I know I can trust her to do whatever she can and do it better than most. She's very compassionate when it comes time to say goodbye to a furry loved one as well which is necessary.
Janice and those in her clinic are wonderful. They are also honest and direct about what can be done and the pricing for it. They are wonderful and really care about each and every patient coming in the door. We've been going to her since I was a child and I will always appreciate the care theyou take with my animal friends.
Misdiagnosed my 5yr old cat with what she "thought" was a UTI when he actually had kidney failure. If he would've been diagnosed properly maybe he could've been saved. I guess that's on me for trusting these reviews. But since he wasn't, unfortunately we lost him 1 1/2 months later, after taking him to another vet & tried multiple treatments. Very disappointed & upset that he was so young & he could've possibly been saved. Don't know if she didn't have the right equipment or what. I had also asked what kind of infection at time of pickup & they couldn't even tell me, except she thought it was a UTI, but instead told me I would have to call the place where his tests had been sent off too. Never in all the years I've had pets have I had a vet tell me that I would have to call the testing pla
