Alyssa has been grooming a couple of our family pets for the past 2 years and she’s always been so consistent on grooming them well! About 2 weeks ago, I took our Bella girl for her very first puppy grooming…Alyssa reassured me that Bella was in good hands and that she will do her very best with Bella which made me feel so relieved as I was very nervous for Bella. I was so happy when I got that text from Alyssa that Bella was ready for pick up! After arriving to pick up Bella, I was so impressed with the work that Alyssa had done! She did a fabulous job and I am looking forward to many more grooming at Big Waggles! Thank you to Alyssa and her husband for making our first experience a great one!!!

We can’t say enough great things about Alyssa at Big Waggle! She does such an amazing job grooming my dog, Onyx. From the start, she’s been patient, gentle, and incredibly attentive to detail. Onyx always comes home looking absolutely perfect — clean, fresh, and so well-groomed — but what I appreciate most is how comfortable and happy he is after his appointments. That tells me everything. Alyssa truly cares about the dogs she works with and takes the time to make sure they feel safe and relaxed. I am glad Big Waggle decided to take my dog in. We have been coming here for the past couple of months. They are very patient with him due to his previous experience at a different groomers that scared him. They are very welcoming and are open minded about your dog and their needs. I have also seen a huge improvement in his coat and fur since he has been grooming consistently. I recommend this place!

I LOVE Big Waggles. I try to take my 4 doggies for a full spa treatment every 6-8 weeks and go to do nail trimming on Sundays when they get too long. I also take my sisters two doggies. Affordable prices and great customer service! All 6 dogs are rescues and dont always like humans and Im grateful they all do well at Big Waggles. Highly recommend this dog grooming company.

We took our one year old dog Koa here for a walk in nail trim on a Sunday. He has always hated having his nails trimmed, I think he had a bad experience getting them trimmed at the vet as a puppy. I have been unable to trim them on my own anymore so we brought him here as a last resort, hoping a professional groomer would be able to do it. Alyssa got us right in and even though Koa was extremely nervous and resistant, her and her assistant calmly got it done in about 5 minutes. I really appreciate how great they were with him even though he was not on his best behavior! Super reasonable price and we will definitely continue to use Big Waggle!
